Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments has posted a Questions & Answers document regarding the mandatory Bidder’s Conference for the WIOA OSO RFP which was held at 10:00am on April 20, 2021. In addition, Addendum 1 (Signatory Authority Certification) has been added and must be included with the RFP.
