REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL #: WRCOGWIOA – OSO2021 – Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act ONE-STOP OPERATOR (July 1, 2021-June 30, 2022)
RFP RELEASE DATE: April 5, 2021 by 5 PM EST
PROPOSAL SUBMITTAL DEADLINE: May 5, 2021 at 5 PM EST
PURPOSE: The Local Workforce Development Area (LWDA) comprised of Horry, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties is requesting Proposals for One Stop Operator as authorized under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (hereafter “WIOA”) of 2014.
We invite the submission of Proposals in accordance with requirements contained in the following solicitation. Because the Contracts that may result from this solicitation are funded through a combination of Federal, State and Local funding sources, uncertainty exists with respect to what level of funds may be made available to Proposers.
The proposal MUST be received by the Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments by Wednesday, May 5th at 5 PM EST. Any proposal received after the deadline will be deemed non-responsive.

In our area, Waccamaw Regional Council of Governments serves as the administrative entity and fiscal agent for the Workforce Investment Board.
